Here is a list of what commonly occurs in a healing session. Each session is unique so it may look different for you according to your specific healing requirements.

Cleanse and clear aura. Repair any tears or damage; Chakra balancing and repair if necessary; Soul piece retrieval from this lifetime or past lives; Shadow Work; Power animal retrieval; Messages from divine beings meant specifically for you; Clarity on purpose and path; Entity or negative energy removal; Generation or ancestral ties that are destructive, broken; Curse removal; Unhealthy cords to relationships or energy drains removed; Past relationships, trauma or abuse removed from your energy bodies; Akashic records accessed to bring clarity on current struggles or relationship ties that may span across lifetimes.

Divine Guidance/Tarot

Overview of clients life. Past, present, future, factors effecting situation, external influences, hopes, fears and outcome.

Opportunity to ask specific questions. Up to 10. Common questions involve love, career, health, finances, family, life events, hardships and major decisions.

All given guidance is on your current life path. Up to one hour Can also be performed remotely.

Reiki Energy Healing

Healing on all levels. Physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Fully clothed light touch treatment to soothing music. Using Usui and Karuna reiki symbols opens the opportunity to heal on all levels. Reiki finds the “cause” which can remove the “effect” from the body. May incorporate essential oils and crystal elixirs. Tibetan, crystal bowls and various sound healing used as well. I receive and deliver any messages throughout the session pertaining to your healing. Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing originating in 1922

Foot Zoning

It's a wellness technique that uses the electromagnetic signal system in the feet to balance the body, increase circulation, raise life energy and restore cell health and DNA.

The feet represent the entire physical body. I cover all sides of the foot and ankle. Throughout the process I use specialized tools, my hands, crystals, essential oils and heated foot warmers.

During the zone I flush the lymph system, clear adrenals, increase blood circulation and work every major organ system assisting them to function at optimal efficiency.

The process is so in depth that even the eyes, ears, every tooth and every cell in the body is stimulated to activate and infuse healing and balance.
